After a long day of teaching and paperwork, this guide was not intimidating to pick up at the end of the day. It helped me refocus my priorities and life-outlooks in order to start fresh the next morning. I especially like the three personal prayer reminders at the end of each section! They helped me to tailor my prayers to what was discussed in each section. Definitely recommend!"
